The breakfast was average. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, but the pillows were flat. The staff went above and beyond, providing helpful information and direction. The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and boat docks. a pleasant stay.

Excellent location and the provision of parking made it more so. Rudesheim inevitably suffers from railway noise but the hotel's double glazing cut that out effectively. The staff were friendly and helpful, all speaking English. Fair value for money.
The bathroom was a little cramped and not well laid out, but not a big issue.

The owner called us by our name as we pulled into the carpark. He was doing some gardening. We were given a room over looking a garden for our sole use which was beautiful. The little hamlet was just quaint. We would go again.
The room was a bit basic, no tea making facilities,

The hotel was situated in a perfect spot for exploring the city, with all the main attractions within walking distance. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of variety and good quality. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering helpful advice and always ready to assist with any needs.
The room was slightly smaller than expected, with limited storage space for luggage. The noise from the street could be heard during the night, which may be disturbing for light sleepers.

The hotel location is excellent as well as the friendliness of most of the staff. Nice hotel balcony for an afternoon beer and good food.
The (single) room was bit small yet sufficient and I was lucky not to get a street level room but one facing the inner yard and the church bells which goes off at 07:00 for the early birds...

We stayed in a hotel that is situated in an ideal location, only the second stop away from the noisy trains by the river. the room was beautifully furnished, and the bathroom was clean, well-stocked with toiletries. the breakfast selection was great with a wide variety of items. There was a complicated machine to boil eggs that left a number of guests scratching their heads but the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel was in a perfect location for exploring the wineries and you can reach the top of the hill via the nearby chairlift.
The restaurant seating was not ideal and guests seated near the door were affected by the cold air every time the front door opened.

Great breakfast with a variety of choices and friendly staff. the hotel is located in a quaint town with easy access to boat docks and restaurants. the rooms were clean and comfortable for a reasonable price. We enjoyed the festive New Year's celebrations and the welcoming atmosphere of the town.
The hotel lacked air conditioning which could be uncomfortable during warm weather. the parking was tight and limited, and the nearby public parking was not very secure.
